Complete the 2023-2024 online enrollment application if:
- You want your student to begin attending Fall of 2023.

- Your student will enter kindergarten or grades 1-12.

All students are required to complete online enrollment. Students enroll in their boundary school according to their home address unless they choose to attend the .

Is online enrollment available in languages beside English?
Yes. Online enrollment is available in Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese, and Russian as well as English.

Can I complete paper forms instead of doing online enrollment?
No. Paper enrollment forms are not available. Online enrollment must be completed using an internet-enabled computer, smartphone, or tablet.

What do I need to enroll my student?
Prior to enrollment, you will want to gather information such as contact information for parents/guardians and emergency contacts, information about previous schooling, health information, and information about any special services received or needed for your student. You will also need proof address, student ID/age verification, and student immunization records. These verification documents must be reviewed by the school prior to the enrollment being processed.

When do I need to complete online enrollment by for my student to start on the first day of school?
We recommend completing online enrollment as soon as possible. The application is open all summer, so there is no reason to wait. At the latest, please plan to submit your application at least one week before the first day of school to ensure your student can start on time.

How do I enroll my student if I do not have proof of address documentation or a verifiable address?
If your living situation is temporary due to loss of housing, economic hardship, or you are fleeing domestic violence or have experienced a housing disaster (fire, flood, etc.) you may qualify for McKinney Vento program services. If you are eligible for McKinney Vento services, a lack of residential documentation may not delay enrollment.
If you are not McKinney Vento eligible, but are living with a relative or friend and do not have address documentation, please contact your boundary school for enrollment assistance. During the summer months when school offices may be closed, please call (253) 373-7235.

My student is currently enrolled in Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø but is moving from elementary school to middle school or middle school to high school. Do I need to complete online enrollment?
No. Students who are currently enrolled in any Kent Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø District (Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¿ª½±Íø) school at the end of the school year will be automatically enrolled in the next grade level for the following school year if they are attending the school assigned to their address. If your student is currently attending school on a change of address or transfer please contact your boundary school for enrollment.

On average, it will take between 45 and 60 minutes to complete an online enrollment application for one student. Please be prepared with Verification documents and information about prior schools, health history, and emergency contacts for your student.

Your enrollment will be reviewed by the school and you will be contacted if any clarification or additional information is needed. Once your enrollment is processed, you will receive a welcome email with more information.

How long will it take for my enrollment to be reviewed by my boundary school?
For 2021-2022 enrollments, your enrollment will be reviewed within 2-3 school days. For 2022-2023 enrollments, your enrollment will be reviewed within 2 work weeks, however, your student may not be placed in class(es) until late August. During the summer, it may take several weeks for your enrollment to be reviewed. Your student’s teachers may not be assigned until a few days before the start of school.
